Definition
The Simple Future tense expresses actions or events that will happen in the future. It is used for predictions, decisions, promises, and offers.
Formula
Subject + will + base verb OR Subject + am/is/are + going to + base verb
Key Rules
1. Use ‘will’ for spontaneous decisions, promises, and predictions without evidence.
2. Use ‘going to’ for planned decisions and predictions with present evidence.
3. Use ‘will not’ (won’t) for negatives.
4. Use ‘Will + subject + base verb?’ for questions.
